There are standards for user feedback especially on such routine matters as LP:layout and all LP controls. For social software the Computer Supported Cooperative Work literature provides some guidance.

The tikiwiki tracker is probably the way to deal with longer term user support in a tikiwiki-based service.

Like any feedback it is important not to filter out the actual problem statement. All LP best cases and all LP worst cases and all LP visions must be captured in as pure a form as possible. By 2006 LP will have the best mechanisms for capturing this of any large public wiki.
