transfer roles

To transfer roles within an organization (which rarely or never happens individually, but usually involves someone moving into a role someone else is moving out of) is possibly the most sensitive of all organization protocol problems.

Having an easy secure means to withdraw keys and passwords and other ways persons authenticate themselves within a signal infrastructure or built infrastructure is essential.

In a well run organization, it must be possible for even a non-technophile like a secretary of a political party to change roles and account names. They must have no expertise in the technologies used. The sub-protocol itself must be robust enough to make it work.
