A political representative (noun) is the person who represents citizen and resident concerns to the political jurisdiction. The political bio of every representative must include their formal representative title, e.g.

Those with functional titles do not require title prefixes:

The adjective "representative" implies that the Living Agenda of that jurisidiction has been respected and that the political representative's current concerns are actually representative of those raised by residents, e.g. in the local issues forum, or those who take issue with the residents, e.g. advocating boycotts.

For bioregions the Living Agenda is the only way to determine this representativeness.
