provincial Green Party

A Canadian provincial Green Party runs candidates in provincial elections. It has various requirements on it that vary by province but all follow a similar pattern. Accordingly it is possible to define GP protocols in such a way that any new such Party can adopt them on day one, and achieve radically better predictability in its organization. See GPNS protocol, GPC protocol for examples, and organization protocol for the general principle of organizing a party "as protocols".

As New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Toronto - effectively a province - have no organized Green Party yet, but face many special challenges, they might benefit from cooperating on some common template for governance. See GPNB, GPNL, GPTO for efforts in this regard.
