org pattern

An org pattern is a design pattern that, instead of dealing with a more technical protocol, combines some organization protocols. Such patterns are copied from a prototype instead of a template, but can still often be described abstractly. Examples:

Whether very loose conceptual metaphors like Internet as role playing game are actual org patterns is very debatable. They are social patterns like family roles but they are not necessarily "organizational" in that there is no disciplined attempt to build capital assets or even social capital as an organization does. Some such patterns might lead to anarchization.
