Most current key phrases are noun phrases that describe policy elements of Platform 2005. Like all noun phrases they describe an entity or theory. Usage:
- use names established already in Wikipedia and Wikinfo, e.g. for Canadian federal election 2004 as precisely as tikiwiki flaws will allow; with over one million articles in fifty language no naming conventions we work out for ourselves or even among all Greens will be as useful
- use the verb phrase form to describe processes wherever possible, e.g. "cite health care references" uses "cite" as its verb, the noun phrase is "health care"
- only a Proper Noun should be capitalized, anything else is Unnecessary Capitalization
- avoid punctuation that makes the phrase less useful in a sentence fragment or seems to create a hierarchy, notably slahes, dashes and colons
