failed organization

A failed organization is one that leaps from org pattern to a new pattern without actually ever doing what the original or earlier pattern prescribed.

For instance a job description or organization protocol will often be changed before it has actually been applied more than once, and it's dictates won't be respected, very often being constantly overruled by a single command hierarchy.

The explicit power structure BECOMES the LEGALLY RECOGNIZED "organization" but it ceases to represent the power network or social networks that "hold it up" - and it breeds factions that seek a way out of the chaos which will in fact commit to an org pattern or at least social pattern. There may be an equally or more powerful anarchization that resists Pointy Haired Boss dictates and violations of due process, fair process, fair warning and neutral point of view reporting in forums critical to real decision making.
