To organize is to make more functional by imposing order. To be an "organization" implies more of that order, not less. By contrast an anarchization is created when you anarchize - to break up and destroy non-functional order, making something also more functional, but in a different way.

Such named positions as the GPC Organizing Chair imply that it is a top-down job to organize, when in fact the real duty is to help others to self-organize.
