Organize

To organize is to make more functional by imposing order. To be an "organization" implies more of that order, not less. By contrast an anarchization is created when you anarchize - to break up and destroy non-functional order, making something also more functional, but in a different way.

A power network is formed when groups agree to take on some tasks delegated or authorized or commanded from others. The different kinds of social networks that participate in a power network may have very different ways to organize
with authority to make decisions that are binding on the whole organization - more of a judicial function

Such named positions as the GPC Organizing Chair imply that it is a top-down job to organize, when in fact the real duty is to help others to self-organize. This frees the time of specialists and it enables volunteer centres to quickly take over all routine tasks. ''A better name than "Chair" might be "coach" or "head coach."
