The proposed CC-wiki open content license is a weak hack on the CC-by-sa to try to solve various problems of that license and the GFDL. It is only in draft form and has been heavily criticized at Lawrence Lessig's blog at lessig.org/blog.

The criticisms tend to focus on it being a technology-specific variant and giving too much power to publishers or domain holders over authors, in contradiction to the ethic of Creative Commons and Share Alike which try to put power with the creators.

It is not clear that the license will survive in this form.

The LivingPlatform.CA terms of use are a better idea!
