consensus is not unanimity

One way to tell an organizational moron? is that they confuse consensus with unanimity. Stupidity often passes for a valid opinion, e.g. "use formal consensus and only pass decisions with 100% agreement" as a bogus argument for majority rule? (see checks and balances).
