avoid anchor text

It's usually best to avoid anchor text and use a complete page name directly in the sentence that contains the link.

If you can't, then, consider whether the name of the page is really the form that is most generic and useful in other pages. The use of anchor text to refer to a page is often an indicator of a bad page name. If a name doesn't fit cleanly into a lot of sentences, there will be fewer lniks to a page of that name. Accordingly it won't be referenced in places where it should be.

This results in reduced link integrity for the whole wiki.

See also conserve capitals on a closely related question - the use of Unnecessary Capitals to make names less generic and thus also less useful in ordinary sentences: very bad idea.
