A jurisdiction is a territory or field of activity to which a set of laws applies.
Open Politics encourages citizens to learn, debate and collaborate on issues under any jurisdiction from local to global.
Openpolitics.ca doesn't currently provide support for all jurisdictions. Staff activity is directed mainly to the federal jurisdiction. Provincial and Municipal issues are encourages as well, but less organizational support is provided.
