Manufactured or
infrastructural capital is what is usually meant by the word "capital" in micro-economics
? when it does not refer to
financial capital.
Sometimes the word "physical" is unwisely used - which is confusing as
natural capital is also physical, and so are human bodies -
individual capital.
Most theorists believe that it is over-valued relative to
natural capital,
social capital and
instructional capital, given how rapidly it can often now be replaced with sufficient information, trust, and
natural resources.
