- writing so as to maximize use of actual page titles in copy for easy and obvious linking, or (in print) reinforcement of the chosen terms - see avoid anchor text
- learning to disambiguate plurals and conserve capitals
- carefully following refer link and especially cite link conventions so that essential external references are not lost
- keeping vocabulary as simple as possible while still using the whole list of policy terms required to explain all platform planks
- reinforcing the language of every platform proposal, or changing it if required so that the language is more casual and sound-bite-like
- reinforcing the GPC brand ethic?s: the Four Pillars, Six Principles, Ten Key Values consistently without muting meaning
