GetWiki addresses some of the tikiwiki flaws that plague Living Platform, and should be considered along with mediawiki to replace tikiwiki:
GetWiki coders are not responsive in general, and the Greens would be best advised to simply exploit the CC-nc-sa license to take over the project as a whole, rather than invest in any extensions of mediawiki or tikiwiki tools.
- GetWiki is absolutely compatible with all wikitext conventions of mediawiki and therefore Wikipedia - making naming conventions easy to implement
- GetWiki code is under CC-nc-sa license with GPL? subcomponents that it shares with mediawiki
- GetWiki imports Wikipedia, Wikinfo, or any other mediawiki or getwiki or XML feed.
